Hell NO! Come as you are! SaltDrop is designed to be both challenging and fun, regardless of your fitness level. The more you practice with us, the stronger you’ll get, and the more joy you’ll feel! We encourage you to tune into your own body and take mods where you need to, so that you can get the most out of class.

We think barefoot is most comfortable, but we do jump! So if you have a known medical issue or joint trouble, bring along your sneakers (indoor sneakers only please.)

We’ll open the door 15 minutes before each class, and we’ll lock the doors when class starts. Unfortunately, we cannot promise that anyone will be available to buzz you in if you’re late.
